Purpose and performance:
The KDAS/TPM/DPM combination sealing ring includes an elastic toothed sealing ring, two back-up rings and two wear-resistant rings. There is a real sealing element in the middle; a back-up ring and a wear ring are placed on each side. The back-up ring prevents the sealing ring from being squeezed out into the gap; the middle sealing ring is a toothed sealing ring, which can provide good sealing effect both at rest and in motion. The function of the wear ring is to guide the piston in the cylinder and to withstand radial force. Beveled back-up rings and wear rings are easy to install and are suitable for combined seals installed in closed grooves.
KDAS combined sealing ring is a double-acting piston sealing ring, suitable for sealing components in reciprocating hydraulic cylinders and pistons, such as: light bulldozers, injection molding machines, bottle blowing machines, cranes, forklifts, hydraulic valves and agricultural machinery, etc.

Temperature range: -35~+150℃
Working speed: 0.5m/s
Working pressure: 35Mpa
Medium: petroleum-based hydraulic oil, flame retardant fluid, environmentally friendly and safe hydraulic oil (bio-oil), water and others, depending on the material of the sealing ring.

Retaining ring: green-blue polyurethane elastomer containing additives
Wear Ring: Reinforced Thermoplastic Polymer
